Every year and a half or so, Basic Income Nova Scotia hosts a conference. The speakers consist of panel discussions and individuals – both First Voice and supporters who want to see a basic income implemented. This year it is taking place on April 1st 2023 in the Halifax Central Library. (More details in poster below)
I will be participating on this 2023 conference on a panel in the afternoon. As you will see in this BLOG post , I also spoke at this Conference in 2021. And in this post I cover another speaker who spoke at the 2021 Basic Income Conference.
These Conference's are important because the work helps get the word out about the need for Basic Income. These Conferences are all about fighting for a better system of income supports.
