Hey Readers of my BLOG,

One of my Loyal BLOG supporters contacted me yesterday and asked me if I would be interested in promoting this upcoming event on my BLOG.

After looking at the Poster attached, and viewing the content I agreed to advertise.

Every once in a while I get asked to post free events on my BLOG, which I feel readers,  who I advocate for,  may be interested in. 

 

In the past, I have agreeed to advertise Basic Income Conferences  and the Free Summer Evetns in HRM  i specifically Adrvertised Summer of 2025 vents, here.  So it is clear, that I will SOMETIMES yes to advertising/promotion on my BLOG. However,  in order for me to agree to promote an upcoming community event on my BLOG, the content  must meet at least one piece of the following criteria:

• Admission to the event I am being asked to promote  must be free of Charge. 
• The event I am promoting,  on my BLOG,  must sound like there will be a no stigma toward people living in poverty, if they attend. 
• There must be benefit included if people living in poverty with mental health issues agree to attend.

In today's BLOG I bring you an advertisement for this upcoming event.  This is in person in Halifax, and a hybrid event in Sydney where a watch party will be watching the speakers from Halifax, but together!  So you can watch n Sydney, in Halifax or online!

Details: This hybrid event is presented by CCPA-NS, Equity Watch, and On The Same Page Independent Bookstore, and is free to attend. Copies of the book will be available for purchase both in person and online.
